- For scholars from Europe and the United States, the conference fee is 200 euros. All participants from Europe and the US should have paid this fee electronically before the conference. If you have failed to do so, please let us know.
- For scholars from the region, the conference fee is 25 euros, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
- It is also possible to sit in on the conference for one or multiple days. The fee for that is also 25 euros, to be paid in cash on the (first) day of attendance.
N.B. the conference fee does include transportation to and from the conference venue, coffee/tea, and a light snack, as well as a cultural evening. Accommodation, lunches, and dinners are at your own expense. For the lunch, we recommend making use of the cafeteria of the university. The (optional, but highly recommended) excursion at the end of the conference is also at your own expense.
